VertBoard is a global online marketplace and platform that connects advertisers with publishers who have physical ad spaces, such as TVs, billboards, and ride-hailing vehicles. It offers tools for scheduling, managing content, processing payments, and delivering targeted advertising.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using VertBoard, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Publisher Listings and Content
- Publishers are responsible for the accuracy of their ad space listings, including location data, images, and descriptions.
- Publishers must ensure that all ad spaces comply with local laws and regulations.
- Content uploaded to VertBoard must not infringe on any third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
5. Advertiser Campaigns
- Advertisers can create campaigns, define targeting criteria, and schedule content on selected publisher screens.
- Advertisers are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of their ad content.
- All campaigns are subject to review and approval by VertBoard and/or the publisher.
6. Payments and Wallet
- Advertisers must fund their wallet to book ad spaces and run campaigns.
- Publishers receive payments for displaying approved ads on their screens, minus applicable fees.
- Payments are processed via secure methods such as bank transfers. Publishers must provide valid payment details.
- VertBoard may hold or suspend payouts in cases of fraud, dispute, or violation of these Terms.
7. Fees and Taxes
VertBoard may charge service fees to advertisers and/or publishers. You are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from your use of our services.
8. Scheduling and Availability
Advertisers can schedule content for specific times and dates. VertBoard does not guarantee continuous availability of any ad space. Publishers may adjust their availability at any time.
9. Analytics and Reporting
VertBoard provides reporting tools including impressions, QR scans, demographics, and other analytics. These are estimates and provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or completeness.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Uploading or distributing malware or harmful content.
- Misrepresenting your identity or listings.
- Attempting to disrupt or harm the platform or its users.
11. Termination
VertBoard may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.

VertBoard provides its platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. VertBoard is not responsible for user-generated content or third-party listings.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
